Clear communication upfront
We confirm scope before starting. If your roofline has unusual pitch, valley debris, or gutter guard complications, we flag it on arrival and explain what it means for the job — before we add anything.
Safety on every job
We do not work during active thunderstorms, lightning, or unsafe ladder conditions. If weather turns during a job, we stop and reschedule at no charge.
Debris removal included
Every job includes hauling debris off the property. Leaves, pine needles, roof grit, and gutter muck are bagged and removed — not piled on your lawn.
Downspout flush on every visit
We flush and confirm flow on every downspout outlet at the end of every job. If something is blocked at the elbow, we clear it before we leave.
Licensed and insured
We carry the coverage required to work on residential rooflines in North Carolina. If you want proof of insurance before booking, just ask — we send it.
